yesterday the city of vancouver deployed yet another cambie policy. all the way from cambie to oak around 41/49 -- finally some more supply. we're going to the moon!

That's right. One month +2.7%. 6 months +2.7%. One year +3.9%.

So, the last month accounts for the entire gain.

This chart shows it better. Now, we wait for the slow months.

Any fool can cut and paste a table. It requires an analytic mind to understand cause and effect. Here West Vancouver where is all started two years ago and peaked at +50%.
