it's not a direct relationship. House prices went up, and the only buyers became the kind of owner who adds nothing to Canadian society, your neighbourhood, your community. Most of the decent, hard-working, regular folks who care are now contributing to a community somewhere outside Vancouver.It was a lot more desirable when it was multiples of 4 to 5, you didn't have entitled people all over the place. It's a correlation between high prices and who those prices attract. High prices alone did not create this issue.
You are talking about something that beyond your knowledge. There are three ways for people to add things to the society: brain, muscle, and capital. I guess you have muscle and a big mouth.Of course there is.
But its politically incorrect for me to say that Vancouver has become an undesirable place to live because of the riffraff we've been letting in to our country the past dozen years. So I will only imply it.
