Sorry Dear. Spring has been good months for sellers. There's negative months during the slow periods. You had better hope that Christy Clark wins by a big margin. Otherwise...

As much as I don't want to admit it, even that price looks excessive and looks fishy.

I remember when looking for my homes back in 2010, 1.39 would have been the max, eye watering dept I could afford. But that was for a new house with 60x120 in north Burnaby with 5,000 sqft house.


I feel sorry for who ever paid 1.7 for this gem on Clark drive lol
