Building is ok, just aged, 30 plus years, needs some update as expect.

Condo and SFH in North Burnaby are total different species, prices can go different way all the time, say, price of two bed room (880sf) in this building was $180K in 1989, $150K in 1993, $120K in 2000, $260K in 2005, and $250K in 2015.

These days, insuite laundry is a must. Also there might be something in the depreciation report that we don't know about. Like a huge expenditure coming up for future maintenance so the price is factoring that in.

Yes, Insuite laundry is a "must" today. That cud be part of the problem. And yes, depreciation report may have some info that general public not aware of. Not a bad location though. :D

Interesting about that condo. The other factor could be there is a lot of new development going in around there; maybe that's attracting buyers away.
