Obviously - why not do a mere posting and offer the buyers agent the full fee.Very useful. So what you're saying/implying is, if a seller wants to save money on commissions, is to offer the full buyers agent fee but get a break on the listing side from you. Right?
Thats interesting. I have a different experience. When I sold a place I said I wasn't happy with the price after I agreed (verbally) and told the realtor I wanted another $2k - I don't care if it comes out of his end or the buyers. He adjusted his commission.You can't change the commission.Then change the commission on them at the 11th hour
