When the Canadian dollar falls it makes real estate cheaper for foreigners to buy, bringing in more money to Canada and homeowners.
Not really - but keep "think"ing that.
Really. dropping canadian dollar means it costs less for foreigners to make a purchase here

Ask any overseas buyer who invested in Canadian property a year ago, I'm sure they are thrilled with how that worked out.
