I'll be the devil's advocate and say that 2013 will be a good year for real estate in Vancouver. The prices will be steady at 1-2% in Vancouver, and 10% increase in Chilliwack.

... supporting these people through social programs, why not support them to live in Anywhere Elseville? my wife and i believe that they should go to chilliwack and work on a farm. they get work, they get a portable shed to live in on the farm.
