In Downtown-Yaletown, many bedrooms are around 100-120 sq.ft.
In Yaletown Park, for example, most two-bedrooms are 720 sq.ft.
900 sq. footage might be possible for three-bedroom.
that sounds normal, and the $500,000 2 bedroom units are in demand

There's a few in the cambie area that are rain screened just make sure you ask if the building is rain screened (Olive is a good one, The Crescent in Shaughnessy is another good one, Heatherstone is good - these are all rain screened).

Do you mean Fairview? There are a lot of listings in Fairview, but not so many newer problem free buildings covered by 2/5/10 warranty. To get in a building with problems (leaky) would be scary.
