... most the buildings are of reasonable height. The greatest travesty in Vancouver city planning is allowing generic, cookie cutter high-rises in Yaletown. Absolutely ruined what could have been the most unique neighbourhood in Vancouver.

... I like the area. The amount of buildings going up in that area is crazy but I think it will be a hotspot in Vancouver 10 years from now kinda like Yaletown. It already has some decent bars/ restaurants that are generally pretty busy and your right by the water and downtown. Agreed.

I like the area. The amount of buildings going up in that area is crazy but I think it will be a hotspot in Vancouver 10 years from now kinda like Yaletown. It already has some decent bars/ restaurants that are generally pretty busy and your right by the water and downtown.
