Finally a building that breaks the horrendous monotony of the teal and cyan disasters of Yaletown and you call it ugly?

This thing is brilliant. I don't care who buys, as long as it gets built. Vancouver needs some city defining architecture, this will be a brilliant start.

... was in Suter Brook, port moody yesterday and really enjoyed the vibe- very friendly -walkable - lots of gorgeous women in yoga pants :) it's like yaletown was 5-6 years ago.

Looking for a condo in Yaletown area possibly. Not 100% certain though since I'm still debating about building or sell and upgrade to one of those 1+ million dollar homes.

There's some good deals to be had out there though. There's one condo in Yaletown with a water view. Been on the market for ages with a high asking price. However now owner has been relocated to Toronto and wants to get rid of it so will sell it at a $50,000 ...
