if you look closely, you'll see that all the neighbourhoods in the ranking are either Vancouver or North Van. North Burnaby is above such pitiful cries for attention.

I could probably live in Capilano, if I didn't work downtown. Yaletown is a yuppie wasteland with no personality, no thanks.

When I moved the rankings to what was important to me, #1 was yaletown at 65%, followed by Capilano at 63%. Go figure, I would never consider living in yaletown.

... that's old news. plus the west side is slowly emptying out. where young professionals buy condos varies. I know some who have bought downtown/yaletown/olympic village. and others prefer to buy a house in the burbs or EV if they can afford it. A lot of talk about coquitlam/poco for homes too.
