... rentals.    Those areas are growing rapidly and there is a severe shortage of rental homes in both areas. there's lots of places under 200k in richmond(not houses though)

... within walking distance (unless you count KFC and a convenience store) and public transit was slow.  I remember taking buses to meet my friends in Richmond and it took over an hour and a half!  I'm glad to hear that it's a popular area now with rental suites that rent out well!

The only BC Liberal stronghold in metro Vancouver is Richmond. You can be sure that Hogarth and Weaver will pay a lot of attention to the Chinese.  :!:
