I like these stats. They are very comprehensive. THANKS!

I notice Burnaby is very detailed and split into three areas (east, north, south). But there are no stats for Surrey or Langley. Why? I would like to see these too if possible.

Property taxes in Vancouver are the lowest in Canada Property Tax on an old house like ETB's would be under $3K pa if it was located in Langley! Check it out yourself. Thats odd.... a quick check shows a 1.5M home in Langley would carry property taxes of about 8K. Of course, it all depends ...
