Remember peeps, China has 1.5billion people... and Vancouver is perceived as a safe place to park their cash. BC only has 4.6million people, and these Chinese only love Vancouver, Richmond, West Vancouver, Burnaby and Coquitlam. They're not really interested in living anywhere else.

Westside? No thx, unless you drive a Lamborghini, you don't really belong there. Your neighbors will look down on you. Plus, Westside is too remote if you need to visit friends in Coquitlam, Burnaby or new Westminster. Your friends will not want to drive all the way to Westside Vancouver either.

Coquitlam will never be on my list personally, mainly for the distance and lack of area ambiance. I like the Ranch park area of Coquitlam - HUGE lots, big trees, fantastic 70's houses with good modern layouts - and good value ...
