Its all about supply and demand . Nothing more, nothing less.

My point continues to be that there is outside demand for local product that does not get used. Talk about Transit all you like. You will be riding past many empty houses on your way to Abbotsford.

Canadians are so much buried in debts, and what is worse, most do not possess either the skill set or the will to be winners ...

You folks have heard of the "bail-in" provision? The law now classifies your bank deposit as an unsecured loan. If the bank goes bye-bye, so does your bank account.
