Tom said, You kidding? I know a guy who bought 4 2 beds in KE Village during presales and makes a killing monthly renting them out. So much so, he doesn't really need to work anymore. And I know a friend that paid 290k for a 2 bdr presale in king Ed village. Prices were around 270-300k for 800 sq/ft...
