Where is Sun Peaks on that list?

I love Vancouver too. I think 3 of the top 5 just shows that this country is one of the best, if not the best to live in worldwide.

Re: Vancouver real estate market if China declares war on US

Canada's economy is far more dependent on the US than any other country, including China.

But my experience playing Call of Duty tells me the rest of your points are 100% bang on.

Re: Still seller's market in Vancouver! Cash in before too l

Success is a matter of psychology. Everybody knows that people only feel compelled to talk down to you and try to undermine your confidence because it is really their own confidence that is threatened. So the more you attack me, truly, the more you are exposing yourself. "In order to be successful,...

Re: Vancouver Home Owners: Debt bubble collapse

Got any ideas what "very near future" means? By 2015. Harper so distorted the Canadian economy by pumping housing he's resorting to selling off our natural resources to China. The Cons have no tricks, no magic hats of money left. He'll try to drag his 'success' across the next election but failing ...

Re: Vancouver Home Owners: Debt bubble collapse

The gravy train is going to keep rolling in BC: http://www.news1130.com/2013/08/22/home-sales-and-prices-to-rise-in-bc-through-2014-bcrea/ Cam the man is at it again! Not that I believe him, but I also don't believe Patrick. Personally I see flat +/- 2% movement in prices over the next few years. Wh...

Re: Vancouver Home Owners: Debt bubble collapse

In order to protect your wealth from the coming decline, it is recommended to sell, at enter back in at bargain prices in the very near future.
Got any ideas what "very near future" means? 2014? Before Santa gets here?

Re: The myth about strong Canadian banks

I think its a quasi Batman and Robin relationship he has with Barrie Vattoy...."Holy Collapsing Housing Markets Batman. The Riddler is raising interest rates at the same time The Joker is sending Poison Ivy and Mr Freeze to pose as homebuyers in a TV commercial" "Yes Robin, It`s slime time in prime...

after the emergency takeover was announced—saying that for the price of a pair of leather shoes, you could buy two Detroit houses, Chinese investors got excited. Anyone can be a homeowner in Detroit. The prices should be cheap enough for bears to buy. Why aren't they lining up? Oh no, you have expo...

Re: AIN'T CONDO LIVING GREAT!

I can't believe this was from the 13th Floor... Such a coincidence. I guess we'll never see the end of the irrational number fear around here.

People in the area heard screams first... so sad. I hope they catch the "pusher" as it seems that's what happened.
