... that means ...oh my :lol: By the way, I said before the 40 years average REAL growth rate of Vancouver is 2.88%, it actually is 3.77% according to SAUDER. So, Geyser, bubble is bigger than what I thought, and probably is never really deflated since first nation hand it to us. :lol:
