Too bad nobody told the mainlander who sold his house today on dunbar for 2.35M... same house that he paid 2.72M in jan 2012.... $500k loss after PTT and commissions... adding money to the local eocnomy i guess! I was at a dinner tonight and was told another major landmark of the province is in the process of being sold to one Chinese group for more than double the money for Harrison.
