Re: year of the sheep

is anyone here up on Chinese superstitions? I wonder if they believe that the year of the sheep will be a bad year for doing such momentous things as getting married, having children, and dare I say - buying real estate. Real estate is ok as long as you eat chicken feet. what about dogs?

Re: Royal City

I've owned a business in New West for more than a decade and this place is run by idiots. New mayor might be better but we shall see.

Re: Are Vancouver homes headed for ‘sharp correction?

I've been hearing the same shit since the end of 2006. What a mistake to listen to news outlets and the bears. I just bought and if and when they do correct I will upgrade to a bigger property. You are not alone. Many folks on this forum subscribe to the notion that because the correction hasn't oc...

Re: What's your opinion on Furry Creek, BC

A major Chinese developer is looking into redeveloping Britiana Creek and I would say Fury Creek was ahead of its time by 30 years.
Completely agree, long term potential is fantastic.

Re: What's your opinion on Furry Creek, BC

Went out to look at a couple of houses in Furry creek yesterday. Amazing what you can buy for 850K in the area. The way the current market is, the area seems undervalued by at least 30% wonder why the Asian investors haven't discovered it yet. It would be perfect for someone who works on the north s...

What's your opinion on Furry Creek, BC

Hey everyone, I came across a couple of properties in Furry Creek while browsing ecorealty. Mind you I had no idea it existed before. It seems to be undervalued considering it's a quiet and peaceful area 20 minutes to West Van and 20 minutes to Squimish . A 20,000 sqf lot goes for 550K or a decent h...
