Went to an open house on Sunday in West Vancouver. The listing realtor said that there were over 20 realtors waiting at the front door with their mainland Chinese clients even before the open began. Franskin, we have an electronic lock for the front door. The codes are added/deleted by us when we're up there (at least once per month). We own a townhouse up there and manage it ourselves for short term rentals. Even without having to pay the 40% management fees, we're still out of pocket.
