The  Norquay zone is pretty good too. As well are the presale condos lol.  Easy gamble.  If it goes up sell it and if not, some chose to walk away.   a deposit isnt a big deal for some. easy to do if the amount is not considered valuable.

High end market has been dead in Vancouver for months.  Nobody can sell a home these days.  Expect that to continue.


March has 3x the sales from 4 million + then past few months. Maybe dead means something elese to you.

There's a few around killarney and collingwood getting close to 10m when you have a few put together.
