I really don't understand what it he issue with Alberta?  Last I checked NDP doesn't set the price of oil.  Also - last I checked, the NDP didn't put all of Alberta's economic eggs into one basket over the past few decades.  I actually get a good laugh out of Alberta.

The conservatives squandered the oil royalties, and depleted the Heritage Fund. Clearly bankrupt ideologically and fiscally. Notley inherited the mother of all messes.

Notley hasn't done herself any favours, mishandling a number of issues, like the Fort Mac Fires, the Carbon Tax, Royalty reviews, running 10B deficits and leading the province into a bigger mess than before.  Ultimately the conservative paid the price for aligning with the Wildrose party.  Yes she was left with a flaming bag of SH&#, but she hasn't fixed any of it, only made it worse.

The huge loss of Christy Clark in the suburbs is a sign of incompetence, and desperation.

Eby won his seat by 4,765 votes and Heyman won by 5,476 votes. These two constituencies used to be held by B.C. Liberals before Christy Clark returned to provincial politics. They show how far the party's popularity has fallen in Vancouver..."

Christy Clark was so busy with photo ops that she forgot about the essentials of a government.
