Just came back from open houses in Kits. Townhouses. Many price reductions, no viewers at all.
Seems to me, this segment of Kits market is cooling.
I checked out:
1806 W 14TH AV - on a busy street, original condition, open parking, $30K reduction.
3456 W 3RD AV - strange two stories entrance and strange open master bedroom, $25K reduction.
2229 W 13TH AV - convenient location, but no outdoor space, weird open master bedroom with open bathroom(!), realtor is a nice girl, but doesn't know much about her listing and not able to answer questions.
No price reduction YET.

Well she'll have a hell of a lot of time waiting for people to come and view the property, to swat up on the property details
Geezer: "What if somebody listened to Taipan and doesnt buy".

Well, they will thank their lucky stars, that they arent one of the thousands of miserable souls who cant sell their properties in 2013!
