Well now that the sales staff can finally breathe a sigh of relief....hold the phone!!! Many of the buyers will be reading over the fine print and dropping like flies out of their contracts by Saturday leaving the sales staff to find new ways to market all their unsold units.
Not sure if the buyers are aware as the sales staff would lie through their teeth to get them to buy but dear friends listen up...There will be one large tall building being built directly west of the site, another across the street directly north, thus blocking any nice Northerly or Westerly view, plus there's the added noise of Marine Drive and the skytrain directly below...not to mention any plane noise that flies by should you be able to hear it with all the other noise in the area. But that's okay since you will be losing your view that the sales staff told you that it would have of the ocean mountains and city rest asured there's the lush appliances and countertops....oh wait they showed the nice stuff that was on display but the builder can do what they want and make it a cheaper version. Hmmm...thinking twice about that purchase now? Maybee not such a wise investment after all.
Plus just imagine how crowded the skytrain will be once everything is built (A.K.A. Japanese pushing people into the skytrain to fit with white gloves during rush hour).
YEAH well Marine Gateway may not be so good after all.
