Show me where I've said prices will be up up up...moon etc.
I'm not even sure if I'd predict any more than flat prices.
What I'm positive about is how much Detached Vancouver can ever go down.

did a count. 133 out of 236 detached sales in van east since may were above ask.

FYI, that's a corner lot at Cambie. Gonna be developed for condo up to 6 floors. Go on-site and check if it is going to be linked to the project next door?

Thank you for the info!  Would you have more recent transactions of land sales related to the Cambie Corridor Plan (including the phase 3 proposed areas) and the Marpole Community Plan?
