sounds like they bought an unlicensed hotel.

Either way house down the street sold for $2.3m in 2015. Another cherry picked example of declining market disguised as hot.

Thats right, so use your eyes. That teardown on std size lot is 1.5M.

That would suck to be the guy that bought one down the steet for $1.65M in July 2016 trying to chase the dream - check the sales.  Easy.

LOL

All of your "overask" sales are pretty much flat with sales from 2016.  Market is dying a slow death.
