I was wondering, any sales on the other side of where the fixed link to the sunshine coast is being proposed?  (Anvil Island, etc)

Sales would indicate land speculators that might know something.   Lack of sales would indicate something as well.

I purchased land/house on the SSC - hoping the land link wont go in. We don't need another area turned into a suburb. 

I love it there - old Vancouver vibe, weird, quirky, artsy.
