What do you educated and experienced folks know about completion dates and notification timelines for pre-sale condos?
The most recent window we've been given is Mar 15-June 15 of this year (delayed from Jan 15-Mar 15), but this estimate is months old. Furthermore, the disclosure statement says it could still be outside that window. I don't care too much about the actual time, but the language is all about "reasonable" and "expected" dates and notification.
Can anybody comment from a legal standpoint what is the bare minimum, or what has happened from a realistic standpoint?
