Atlanta? Really? That market has been a sh!tshow and was heavily into subprime with large construction employment dependency. Anyone who thinks this is a good deal based on the data presented is going to get creamed.

If the market declined 10% you'd have an $8000 loss. I have that much money in change in my couch. (No, seriously, I let my kids look at my coin collection and boy do I regret it now.)
