Here is the cruel reality. Once you enter a bubble whether it collapses early or grows to massive proportions like the Vancouver bubble the outcome is always the same.

That is certain.

The bulls line of reasoning is that because it didn’t happen this month he must be wrong.

Of course, its like playing russian roulette

The reality is the longer the game is played the greater the chance you are dead.

And now your market is starting to fold in on itself, and your last hope is that Taipan was wrong.

Nothing I do or say matters. Maybe I’ve helped 50 - 100 people. The rest will be slaughtered just like those who play Russian roulette.

Of course two face geezer who doesn’t have the balls and brains to sell into the biggest boom in his life, and his little mate "squeaky" semven wont realise how much trouble they are in until they are screwed. And it won’t be my fault. It will be your own failed understanding of property markets that will in the end destroy you!

Just removing the last trace.
What if somebody listened to Taipan and missed that 61% increase in SFH values in just 39 months? They would have missed one of the biggest money making opportunities in Vancouver real estate for many years.

Don’t get ahead of yourself Geezer. You of all people deserve to grind these last few weeks out, before my departure.

I’m not gone till the end of November. And ill continue to remind people till that time that Vancouver has a nasty bubble which is now deflating.

You on the other hand won’t talk about real estate, you’ll just continue to make personal attacks

Well we certainly don't want another thread spoiled by my petty personal attacks do we? Thanks for taking the high ground and providing a good example for us all to follow. :roll:
