Investing in tropical real estate was popular always and would be popular in future. It's obvious - people like to have a rest in luxury houses near ocean or sea. That's why this market is so profitable.

Investing in US real estate is a nice step because the chances of the profit are good as compared to any other. Well according to me I will invest in beach condos or villas and Miami is good choice.
