bull market? If that were true condos would have been moving lock step with detached - of at least they would not have retreated in value. the detached inventory that I track is down 20% over 2013. Decent detached properties are scarce and sales are usually over asking.
I think when more inventory drops off this autumn we could see several months of 1% increases.

Prices higher on detached and stagnant to lower on condos for 2014.

where to begin? Inventory in the sub-2M range is 25% less than one year ago. With listings set to expire in the fall I guess we'll see another jump up...perhaps 1% for a few consecutive months. Hard to find a decent detached under 1M now on standard sized lot - exceptions are Collingwood, but just b...
