Keep in mind pre 1940 home are going to sell at a premium now since the city will be approving infill that can be stratified and sold. Also, well kept character 1.5 storey home will always be strong sellers

What does flipping have to do with a foreign buyers tax? I know plenty of locals who buy and sell houses as their primary source of income...theyre not taxed under this program.
